Shrewsbury/Worcester – In honor of Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, on June 10 and 11, the Kenneth F. Burns Bridge was aglow in purple.
June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness month. More than five million Americans have Alz-heimer’s disease. This number is only expected to grow. By 2050, it is estimated to reach 14 mil-lion.
