Knollwood Nursing Center earns deficiency-free state survey


Worcester – Knollwood Nursing Center has earned a deficiency-free state survey conducted by the Massachusetts Department of Health. Knollwood Nursing Center, a nonprofit organization located on the campus of Briarwood Continuing Care Retirement Community, is an 82-bed skilled nursing center offering extensive rehabilitative services and long-term care.

Knollwood Nursing Center also holds a five-star designation by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and certification by the Joint Commission.
