Shrewsbury – The Shrewsbury High School Destination Imagination Team, the Shrewsbury Iced Lattes, received recognition at the Sept. 12 School Committee meeting in Shrewsbury. The team took first place in the Secondary Level of Service Learning category at the Global Finals tournament held in Knoxville, Tenn., in May. Team members Abia Hasan, Diyala Bera, Sneha Ramesh and Divya Raghunathan were presented with certificates from the committee and School Superintendent Dr. Joseph Sawyer.
