Shrewsbury – This weekend, thousands of residents and out-of-town visitors will converge upon Shrewsbury to celebrate a wonderful tradition, the Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival.
Throughout the weekend there will be a host of family-friendly events. Highlights on Saturday, Sept. 29 include the Town Expo and Craft Fair featuring hundreds of exhibitors at the Oak Middle School, and a Benefit Concert, to be held at the nearby Sherwood Middle School.
On Sunday, Sept. 30 the annual parade will start at 1 p.m. at the former Beal School and end at the Oak Middle School, where there will be a “Pop Up” International Food Festival.
