Hudson – Elizabeth “Betty” Belmore passed away peacefully Nov. 4, 2018 after a period of declining health.

She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Griffin, with whom she lived, and Deborah’s companion, Jim Rittenhouse of Hudson, and her sons, Greg Belmore and his wife Marylynn of Land O Lakes, Fla. and Stephen Corrinne of Melbourne, Fla. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Casaceli of Marlborough; her daughters-in-law and lifelong friends, Doreen Crehan and her husband Matt of Northborough and Judy Graff and her husband Tom of Berlin; her grandchildren, Kevin and Kasey Griffin of Hudson, Amy Jolicoeur and her husband Jason of Maysville, N.C., Shauna Davis and her husband Justin of Lessburg, Ga., Katie Belmore of Sterling, Shaun Graff of Berlin, Megan Graff of Marlborough, Shelby Smith of Hudson, and Kristina Smith and her boyfriend TJ Valente of Northborough; and great-grandchildren, Grant and Lucas Jolicoeur, Zachary, Maddison and Hannah Davis, and her “cutie patootie” Madeline Smith. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry “Hank” Belmore; her son, Donald Belmore; and her brother, Joseph Kittredge.

She worked as a waitress at Jake’s Coffee Shop for many years, along with the previous owners Clancy’s and Carl’s. She also co-owned the Franklin Diner in Marlborough. She will be sadly and deeply missed.

After cremation, a memorial service will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
