Northborough – Charles W. “Charlie” Palmer passed away at the age of 76 on November 6, 2018, after a period of declining health.

Charlies leaves two daughters, Sharon DiSilvestro and her fiancé Jim Burns of Brimfield and Nanci Wonson and her husband Ross of Indiana; four grandchildren, Dante, Gabrielle, Madison and Victoria; and many nieces and nephews.
