To the Editor:

Thank you Bolton, Hudson, Maynard and Stow for returning me to the Massachusetts State House to serve another two years as your representative for the Third Middlesex District.

I am grateful for your votes and buoyed by your support to work toward a healthier, more economically and socially vibrant community. With your help and constant inspiration, we will continue to meet our challenges head on. That means that sometimes we may disagree. Yet, I know that we do so with respect and always toward the common good.

I commit to working closely with my district and colleagues to ensure that our towns, our region, and our commonwealth have the tools and resources to build a sustainable path to the future not only for ourselves and our families, but for those who follow.

I pledge to work with our legislature and our governor in the pursuit of new jobs, in sustaining quality and affordable health care, in addressing climate change, and in expanding an inclusive economy.

I envision a 21st century public school system that graduates students fully prepared to pursue their goals and dreams, and to the eradication of the scourge of opioid addiction.

Together we will continue to protect what is most remarkable about our state and, together, shape a prosperous future for Massachusetts. I walk into the State House, every day, believing that with your help, I can make that difference. I remain humbled by your support and grateful to call myself your “rep.”

Representative Kate Hogan (D-Stow)
