Northborough/Berlin – Judith L. (Kelsey) Kemble, 83, of Berlin, a longtime resident of Northborough, passed away Nov. 21, 2018. Judy was born in Boston and grew up in Wayland, a daughter to the late Charles H. and Rena R. (Loomer) Kelsey.
Judy was the loving mother of William J. Kemble of Berlin, Robin L. Frongillo and her husband Paul of Holliston, and Guy R. Kemble and his wife Sheila of Berlin. In addition to her children Judy is survived by two grandchildren, Mark and Allison Frongillo and one great-granddaughter, Rilynn Asmus, all whom she adored; one sister, Lynda Rehse of Bonita Springs, FL and a longtime companion and friend, Ernie Henley. A brother, Charles Kelsey preceded her in death.
Calling hours will take place Monday, Nov. 26, from 6-8 p.m., at Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Northborough. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home.
