Ralph T. McGrath Jr.Marlborough – Ralph T. McGrath Jr., 87, of Marlborough, died Dec. 18, 2018 at Marlborough Hills after a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of the late Ann (Cummings) McGrath, who passed away in September 2018.

Ralph was a graduate of Keefe Technical School of Framingham and was an Air Force veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.

For over 25 years, he was a driver for the former Old Colony Foam-Pack of Framingham, retiring in 1991. Ralph was also a member of the Air Force National Guard for over 20 years.

After retiring, he went to work for CAP in Marlborough until his health no long allowed him to work. Ralph had a love of music and could often be found playing his guitar and keyboard.

He is survived by his children, Kathleen Dow and her husband Ernie of Florida, Barbara Wallace of Missouri, Avis Simoneau and her husband Paul of Berlin, and Durward McGrath of Florida; his daughter-in-law, Mary McClard; his siblings, Eleanor Roberts of Florida and Jack McGrath of Southbridge; sisters-in-law, Judith McGrath and Norma McGrath; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his children, Marshall and Patricia, and his siblings, Leonard, Kenneth, and Nancy.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, from 5-7 p.m., at Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough. A funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 4, at 10:30 a.m., at Morris Funeral Home.
