Silva joins Avidia Bank as new business banking officer

Region  – After more than 13 years in banking, accounting and management, Marcy Silva has joined Avidia Bank as its assistant vice president, business banking officer.  Silva will be working with the Avidia Commercial Team to actively promote deposit and merchant services as well as commercial loan products.

With her previous experience at large and small financial institutions such as TD Bank, Santander, Athol Savings Bank and Clinton Savings Bank, Silva brings a variety of expertise to Avidia. She is a graduate from Fitchburg State University’s Accounting and Business Management program.

“Bringing Marcy on board will help businesses in our community continue to grow.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and is a great addition to the Avidia team,” said Daniel Provencher, vice president commercial relationship officer at Avidia.

Silva will be working out of Avidia Bank’s Leominster Branch and will be serving the North Central Massachusetts area.

Avidia Bank is a $1.5 billion mutual community bank headquartered in Hudson, Mass. with branches in Hudson, Westborough, Clinton, Marlborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Leominster and Framingham.
