Region – UniBank has announced that Michael A. Jacobs, Jr. has been promoted to assistant vice president and loan operations manager. In this role, Jacobs is responsible for management of loan operations including loan processing, servicing, accounting, and reporting.
Carolyn N. Rogers has joined the bank as vice president, financial planning and analysis manager. In this role, Rogers is responsible for working with business line leaders across the organization to facilitate annual budgeting, ongoing balancing, income statement forecasting, and to enhance the bank’s line of business and profitability reporting.
Stephen A. Spinney has joined the bank as vice president of commercial banking. Spinney is responsible for commercial banking market growth and growing existing commercial banking relationships.
