Marlborough – The Granger Boulevard Branch of Main Street Bank will be holding a home financing seminar on Wednesday, March 20, from 6 – 8 p.m. The seminar is free to attend.
For both new and seasoned home buyers, this seminar will help prepare you for each step of the mortgage process. Main Street Bank’s Community Lender, Martin O’Sullivan, will be delivering the seminar, and has guided many people through purchasing a home, refinancing, and other home loan solutions. He will be covering several topics including, but not limited to:
- How much money do you need?
- How much of a mortgage do you qualify for?
- What information does the bank require?
More importantly, O’Sullivan offers this advice for anyone planning to attend, or looking for more information in general.
