Lawrence A. LabagnaraHudson – Lawrence A. Labagnara passed away March 12, 2019 at age 96 at his home in Hudson.

He grew up in Medford, where he worked at the Navy Yard and in family businesses.  He was a World War II Veteran serving with the U.S. Marine Corps in Saipan and Tinian in the South Pacific. After moving to Hudson, he worked in heavy construction until his retirement.

He was the loving husband of the late Virginia A. (Binns) Labagnara and is survived by his daughter, Deborah A. Dwight and her husband Daniel of Milton, and son Lawrence S. Labagnara and his wife Kimberly of Sudbury. He also leaves behind his granddaughters, Kathryn and Hayley Dwight, and grandsons Evan, Andrew and Jacob Labagnara, and many nieces, nephews and close friends who have remained a constant in his life.

His greatest joy in life was his family.  He was loved beyond measure and there are no words to express how much he will be missed.

Calling hours will be held Friday, March 15, from 5-8 p.m., at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St. Hudson. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 16, at 10 a.m., at Oak Grove Cemetery of Medford.
