Grafton – Boy Scout Troop 107 will hold their next bottle drive Saturday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Bring your deposit bottles and cans to the back of the Grafton Municipal Center, 30 Providence Road. During bottle drives, Scouts also collect non-perishable food to donate to a local food bank.

If you can’t make the drop off, Scouts can pick up at your home (Grafton only). Contact them at Bottled[email protected] to schedule and include your name and address. Place your empties in a highly visible spot by 8 a.m. on April 6 and the Boy Scouts will do the rest. Other bottle drives this year will be held on Saturday, July 13, and Saturday, Nov. 2.

Money raised from bottle drives supports the Scouts’ campouts, activities, community service projects, and routine expenses. In addition, 10 percent of bottle drive earnings are donated to a local charity.

If you are interested in joining Troop 107 or would like more information about troop events, contact [email protected].
