Shrewsbury – Marion E. (Cadieux) Sivret, 93, a longtime resident of Shrewsbury, passed away April 15, 2019 at the age of 93 with her loving daughters by her side. Marion was predeceased by her husband, William L. Sivet.
Marion worked at the Big Discount in Shrewsbury for many years. She also a supervisor at Sprague Electric until her retirement in 1988.
She loved to garden, feeding the birds and her two mini-pins, Stitch and Lilo. She also enjoyed listening to blues and jazz.
She leaves behind her daughter, Nancy L. Hanny and her husband Richard of Leicester; her daughter, Kathy A. Williams, with whom she lived with, and Elaine M. Sivet and her fiancé John G. Brady of Conway, S.C.; her grandson, Michael A. Westerback of Brookfield; and her two great-grandchildren, Morgan and Alexis Westerback, and a great-great-grandchild, Hayden Hilliker, all of Brookfield.
Graveside services were held April 19 at Maplewood Cemetery in Marlborough.
