Clinton Savings Bank promotes Harmon to senior vice president/chief lending officer

ClintonClinton Savings Bank (CSB) recently announced the promotion of David A. Harmon, to the role of senior vice president, chief lending officer, a position previously held by long-time banking executive, Edward M. Powers, who recently retired. Harmon will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to the bank’s entire lending function ensuring the overall quality of the loan portfolio while accomplishing strategic goals.  In addition, he will chair the Loan Committee and participate in several other committees involved in the management of the bank, such as the Senior Management Committee and the Asset/Liability Committee.

Harmon’s professional banking career began in 1991 in Boston and then to Worcester in 1996 as a Credit Analyst and evolved into becoming a well-respected Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending.

He holds a bachelor of science in mathematics from Framingham State University and is currently a member of the Chelmsford Police Foundation.
