Westborough – A Mindfulness Meditation course will be held Thursdays, June 13 and Aug. 8, from 7-8:15 p.m. at the Westborough Public Library, 55 W. Main St. Most of the time will be spent in silence, in meditation; gentle guidance will be offered. Together, participants will practice breath meditation, body scan, standing meditation, attending to physical sensations, and kindness and gratitude contemplations.
The course will be led by Greg Topakian, Ph.D., a long time educator and actuary. Over the past 30 years, he has balanced his professional life with a daily practice of yoga and mindfulness meditation.
