Vigeant wins re-election mayoral bid in Marlborough

Marlborough – Arthur Vigeant won his bid for a fifth term as mayor in the Nov. 6 Municipal General Election Nov. 6, holding off a strong challenge from David Garceau, 3,527-2,050.

Samantha Perlman defeated Peter Juaire for the Councilor at Large.

According to City Clerk Steven Kerrigan, 5,687 – 25 percent of the city’s voters – participated in the election.
