Shrewsbury – Residents will have the opportunity on Wednesday, Dec. 11 to share their ideas on what they would like the Shrewsbury’s downtown area to look like in the future.
Spurred by recent grants that the town has received for wayfinding and branding, a special committee has been formed to review options for rezoning.

Officials hope, with input from the public, to turn this area into a “vibrant, pedestrian-oriented environment,” with a “more robust cultural and economic center” while still retaining its traditional New England appeal.

The meeting will be held Wednesday, Dec. 11, from 6-8 p.m., at the Shrewsbury Public Library, 609 Main St.
