Just look at the numbers for single-family homes on the market: Northborough has 20; Westborough with 23; Southborough at 18; Hudson at 16; and Marlborough with 11 properties.

Preparing your home
The greatest challenge for most sellers is where do I begin. With my team of agents and great market knowledge, we will guide you every step of the way. We will help prepare your home with recommendations from how to create good curb appeal to staging your interior.
I will objectively evaluate your home’s location and condition, both interior and exterior, based on property updates, features and the size of your home. Properly priced and prepared homes will sell quicker and, as your Realtor, I will work with you to meet that goal.
Marketing your Property
To showcase your home, I hire a professional photographer and stager to present your home in the best way possible. These are published on many real estate websites and in my marketing materials. In addition using my many internet marketing tools, I provide my clients with print advertising in the Community Advocate, plus direct mail marketing to potential buyers, providing the best coverage for your listing.
