Greetings and warm wishes for the New Year and the new decade!
It may be January, however we are on the brink of the spring Real Estate Market. This is important whether you are a buyer or seller. If you are a buyer, it is time to get a quality mortgage pre-approval. Once that step is taken, you are on your way to home ownership. This application can typically be done online. The next step forward is meeting with an experienced agent to begin a more detailed discussion of specifics, such as the style of home desired, location, proximity to highways and shopping, and general age of home. As I tell many buyers, finding the right home is a process and sometimes the final choice is quite different from the initial goal.
