Marlborough’s Lucy Cappadona muscles past Faith Greene for two points.

Region – Marlborough girls basketball took on Saint Peter-Marian Junior-Senior High School on March 1 at the Kneller Athletic Center at Clark University in Worcester the MIAA 2020 Girls Division II Semi-Finals.  This was a close basketball game and could have easily gone either way until the fourth quarter. But then Marlborough defensively stopped St. Peter-Marian’s momentum with pressure and rebounding and driving to their basket.  The final score was 43 to 31.
The Panthers will next play Medway High School Saturday, March 7 at 5 p.m. Worcester State University.
