Natick – To protect the health of their customers, staff and community, Coan Heating & Air Conditioning has announced that they are making the following changes to their operations, effective immediately.
They are open and serving their customers during the coronavirus pandemic, continuing to make Bioheat® fuel deliveries to their customers. If you are not an automatic delivery customer, you can request a fuel delivery online.
The company asks that service call requests be limited to no-heat emergencies or severe equipment issues, so that they may service all customers who need immediate help. For emergency service, call 800-262-6462.
The company will continue to provide regular service calls with limited social interaction. They ask that customers keep a safe distance, at least 6 feet, from technicians when they are on your property.
Coan’s offices will be staffed but closed to the public. You may still drop your payments in the box in the vestibule, call 800-262-6462 or make your payment online at coanoil.com.
