Grafton – Grafton Recreation is launching a free Virtual 5K for the month of May. Participants may register for the “Go the ‘Social’ Distance Virtual 5k” before May 25.
This is not a race, just a commitment to complete a total of 3.1 miles by walking or running in multiple short distances or all at once by May 25.
Post your route screenshots and race selfies on Facebook by tagging @GraftonRecDept and submit your time by May 25 at 11:59 p.m.
Winners will be announced on May 29. The overall male and female winners will receive a $25 Grafton Grill Gift Card.
Everyone who completes the distance and enters their results will be entered to win prizes, including a Silver Lake Beach t-shirt, $10 Bushel ‘n Peck Gift Card, and $10 Cones on the Common Gift Card, plus a $10 Quite Fetching Bakery Gift Card for the best photo with your dog while social distance running/walking.
