Westborough – As golf courses slowly open once again across the commonwealth, there is another way for local fans to get excited about golf – a new show about the history of the Westborough Golf Club.
The show, to be featured on Westborough TV (FIOS Channel 24 or Charter 191), will feature Head Pro Jack Negoshian, longtime member Ed Porter and Westborough TV host Paul McGrath.
“It will be a combination of sports and history,” McGrath said. “We will discuss the history of the club aided by historic photographs and beautiful drone coverage.”
In 1974, the town of Westborough purchased the 110 acre property which also includes 32 acres reserved for conservation and a walking trail. The golf club is located at 121 West Main St.
