Region – Golfers across the state are rejoicing that Gov. Charlie Baker has given golf courses the go-ahead to re-open. There will be some restrictions that they still must follow but those are small sacrifices for those eager to return to the links.
Golfers must schedule tee-times ahead, wait in their cars for 15 minutes before they can play and return immediately after playing. No caddies, carts (unless golfer is disabled), or rental clubs will be permitted. At this time, practice areas and indoor facilities, including restaurants and clubhouses, must remain closed.
