Region – Over the last two months, many local restaurants have scrambled to survive while relying on curbside pickup or take-out. The news that Gov. Charlie Baker will now allow outside seating (with appropriate precautionary measures) is a welcome step in the right direction for our hard-working friends in the restaurant industry.
