Region – As part of the state’s reopening plans, Phase II allows retail establishments to once again open their doors. Required safety precautions such as wearing of masks and closed dressing rooms have not deterred customers eager to shop. Several popular retailers experienced lines to enter upon reopening, as shoppers, weary of nearly three months of stay at home measures, flock back to their favorite stores.
