Northborough – AERO Coffee Roasters, a local coffee roaster and bakery that focuses on the quality of all their offerings has opened in Northborough. Owner Peter Femino, a Marlborough native with 23 years in the coffee industry, prides himself on creating the complete café experience. You can enjoy fresh made from scratch baked goods while sitting at the bar and watching as the coffee is being roasted. Handmade sandwiches and smoothies have recently been added to the menu and breakfast sandwiches will soon follow.
