Marlborough – Emanuel Silva (Manny), 58, of Marlborough MA and former resident of Hudson, died at his residence on July 31, 2020 after a short battle with cancer.
He is survived by his father Aguiar Silva, and step mother Dinoria, his step sisters, Margarida (Marge) Medeiros (Glen), and Debby Viveiros (Mike & Justin), of Toronto Canada and his many cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews and friends. He is predeceased by his mother Angelina Resendes Andrade and his best friend and brother Rui Silva.
Manny was born in Santa Maria, Azores and moved to Hudson in 1969 where he grew up and with the occasional time in Canada, he considered Hudson his true home.
Calling Hours will be held from 9am until 11am on Friday, August 7, 2020, at TIGHE HAMILTON REGIONAL FUNERAL HOME. 50 Central St., Hudson, MA; immediately followed by a procession to Saint Michael Parish, 21 Manning St., Hudson, MA for an 11:30am Mass of Christian Burial and interment at Saint Michael Cemetery.
