Shrewsbury – The Saint Mary’s Family Festival Planning Committee recently announced that the 2020 Family Festival has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the financial needs of the school and parish remain, the committee has decided to hold the Grand Raffle. This year, the number of tickets sold will be reduced to 600 and the number of prize winners will be increased to five. The Grand Prize will be $10,000; second prize $5,000; third prize $3,000; fourth prize $2,000; and fifth prize $1,000.
Tickets are $100 each. Winners will be drawn at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20.
The 2020 Grand Raffle Sponsors are Britton Funeral Homes, Chiampa Funeral Home, Scheffel Foot Center and Rands Automotive Center.
