Hudson – Artisan at Hudson, SageLife’s new active lifestyle and senior living community in Hudson, recently participated in First United Methodist Church’s COVID-19 Food Relief weekly food drive.

Janice Owen, who will be one of the Artisan’s first residents when she moves in in September, organized the community’s donation. Owen is a member of the church and volunteers for many of its initiatives, explaining “We do anything that is asked of us to help out.”

The Artisan at Hudson’s Community Relations Associate, Beth Ann Burns, joined Owen in dropping off the Artisan’s donation to Stacy Hartford, who coordinates the food pantry for the church.

Every Friday, COVID-19 food relief volunteers of all ages are accepting, sanitizing and bagging donations at the church for all in need. For more information about donating food or money to COVID-19 Food Relief, or if you are in need of a delivery of food, visit the church’s Facebook page for more information.
