Hudson – Fernando S. Melo, 40, of Hudson, MA passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
He is survived by his parents, Jose and Maria (Sousa) Melo of Hudson, MA; his sister, Olga Forrest and her husband Brendon of Wareham, MA; two brothers: David S. Melo of Clinton, MA and George S. Melo of Hudson, MA; along with several loving nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, cousins and friends.
Fernando attended Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School where he earned a Certificate in Automotive Technology. He enjoyed fixing cars, landscaping and loved bikes. Fernando was a sweet soul. He tried to make sense of his situation in life. He had a lot of faith, loved Jesus and shared what he learned from Bible study. Fernando was friendly, sweet and very easy to talk to and all those who knew him will miss him dearly.
All are invited to attend his visitation, Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 4-7pm at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA. A Mass of Christian Burial is Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 9am in St. Michael Parish, 21 Manning Street, Hudson, MA with burial to follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Hudson, MA.
