Marlborough – The Addiction Referral Center (ARC) in Marlborough has selected a new executive director, Kelly McCausland of Milford.
McCausland has a master’s degree in public administration from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Westfield State College. She has many years of experience in the public sector as a director of human resources. Recently, she founded Prana Recovery Centers, a nonprofit focusing on the mind/body connection for substance use disorder.
“We are fortunate to have Kelly as our executive director,” said Tracey Gustafson, president of the ARC Board of Directors. “Her experience and education are a perfect match to support the ARC in continuing to be mission driven.”
For over 45 years the Addiction Referral Center has been disrupting the cycle of addiction by providing substance use disorder education and outreach; peer-to-peer support meetings; recovery coaching; referral services to detoxes, residential rehabilitation centers and social services; and programs for family members and loved ones.
