Marlborough – City Clerk Steven Kerrigan and Assistant City Clerk Wilson Chu were busy earlier this evening entering ballots from residents living overseas and military members who are stationed overseas. According to Kerrigan, they received 40 which is similar to years past.
The ballots they were entering were submitted via email which is the mandate however; those populations are also able to mail in and if postmarked by today, they can be counted until Nov. 13.
In Marlborough, all absentee and mail-in ballots were not counted until today and were counted in each ward.
