Marlborough – On Sunday, Dec. 6, between the hours of 2-6 p.m., the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest will be hosting their annual Festival of Trees outside of the Marlborough Clubhouse at 169 Pleasant St. This is a free event that is open to the public and a great winter activity for the whole family.

Unlike years prior, this year’s Festival of Trees will take on a “drive-thru” style. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clubs are taking all precautions to ensure that this is a safe and socially distant event. The festival will still feature a brilliant display of hand-decorated trees. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the ever-popular tree raffle. The sea of Christmas trees, beautifully decorated and sponsored by local businesses in the MetroWest area, will be on display and raffled off to attendees. All tree raffle proceeds will benefit the kids at the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest.

The Clubs are still in need of decorated trees. If you are part of a community organization or work for a business that would like to participate, visit www.bgcmetrowest.org and fill out an application, or contact the Clubs at 508-485-4912.
