Northborough – This holiday season Flaherty Physical Therapy, located at 411 W Main St., Northborough, will have a Giving Tree set up to benefit St. Anne’s Human Services in Shrewsbury. The public is invited to stop in and take a tag from the tree with a child’s name. Gift cards ranging from $20 – $50 from local stores, in lieu of gifts, will be accepted in order to adhere to new contactless guidelines. Due to the challenges from COVID-19, a gift card program will better meet the need of families struggling financially. Deadline for the gift cards will be Friday, Dec. 4 so that card may be given to parents and/or caregivers on Monday, Dec. 7.
Flaherty PT is also collecting nonperishable items and selling face masks for $10 each, with all proceeds going to the Northborough Food Pantry. This collection will continue through Christmas. For more information call Flaherty PT at 508-393-9000.
