Shrewsbury selectmen discuss steps to implement CPAShrewsbury – The Shrewsbury Board of Selectmen discussed the implementation of the recently adopted Community Preservation Act (CPA) at their Nov. 24 meeting.

Ballot Question 4 was successful at the Nov. 3 General Election and the town is now charged with creating a local funding source dedicated for open space preservation, historic preservation affordable housing, and the acquisition and development of outdoor recreational facilities.

Town Manager Kevin Mizikar stated that he was looking for direction from the Board on proceeding with that task.
