Assabet Valley Mastersingers to stream ‘Messiah Sing’ Dec 20Region – The Assabet Valley Mastersingers, under the direction of Artistic Director Dr. Robert P. Eaton, announces its annual Messiah Sing will be held on Sunday, Dec. 20, at 3:00 p.m.  This year the event will be live streamed with soloists Soprano Katherine Beckwold, Alto Margaret Lias, Tenor Greg Savracky, and Bass Anthony Garza joining Organist Brett Maguire performing live from the First Baptist Church Lexington. The audience at home is encouraged to sing along on the choruses with a pre-recorded choral performance. This is an eagerly anticipated opportunity to enjoy talented soloists as well as to participate in the singing of the choruses of the Christmas portion of Handel’s Messiah and the “Hallelujah Chorus.”  The event will be free with donations gratefully accepted.  A link to the event will be available at
