Northborough Helping Hands Association thanks community for generous support of holiday programs
NHHA’s Distribution Day volunteers

Northborough – Northborough Helping Hands Association (NHHA) held their holiday outreach program at the Northborough Senior Center on Nov. 21. The drive through event combined their traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas programs. Turkeys with all the fixings were distributed to 123 households in need. Christmas came in the form of red envelopes complete with grocery cards for all and additional gift cards for families to purchase toys and clothing for their children.

The generous donations of individuals, schools, churches, local businesses, and community organizations helped to make this event successful. NHHA is especially grateful to each of the sponsors who purchased a brand new winter coat for 128 children requesting warm winter gear.
