The spring real estate market begins in February and March and the local housing inventory is incredibly low.
Just look at the numbers for single-family homes on the market: Northborough has 9; Westborough with 7; Southborough at 15; Hudson at 3; and Marlborough with 7 properties.
As a listing agent, I have buyers calling me every week looking for new inventory. So what does this mean for you as a seller? With the extremely low inventory, we know your home will sell quickly and most likely at a higher price than 2020 sale prices. To showcase your home, I hire a professional photographer and stager. My marketing and social media team will present your home in the best way possible. Your property will be published on many real estate websites My marketing includes social media and state of the art digital marketing programs. In addition, I provide my clients with print advertising in the Community Advocate. My goal is to provide you with the best marketing coverage to attract the most buyers and obtain the best price for your home.
