Westborough – Emily Milewski and Casey Swan graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a dream of opening their own bakery. This past November that dream came true when they opened Swanski’s Bakeshop in Westborough.
The two women pride themselves on their fresh baked from scratch goodies that include artisan breads, muffins, scones, bagels, cookies, pies and so much more. The menu is ever changing so you will need to stop in often!
