Wayne R. HouleHudson – Wayne R. Houle, 56, of Hudson, passed away peacefully Jan. 24, 2021 at Marlborough Hospital after a courageous fight with Covid 19. He leaves his beloved wife of 26 years, Nancy L (Copp) Houle.

Wayne was born on April 19, 1964 in Concord, a son of the late Shirley E. Houle. He was raised in Maynard, where he graduated from High School. Wayne was active in the army for five years and was in the reserves for three years. He later moved to Marlborough before finally settling in Hudson, where he has resided with his beloved wife for the past 20 years.

Wayne worked as a cook for the Pub 99 for over 20 years. Cooking was not just a job, it was a passion and he loved to host and cook for his many friends and family.

Wayne was a great father and enjoyed watching his son play youth sports and attending boy scout meetings together. He also enjoyed listening to music and taking trips to the beach and casinos.

In addition to his beloved wife, Nancy L. (Copp) Houle, he is also survived by his son, John R. Houle; his niece, Jeanine Grimes; and many lifelong close friends who he considered his brothers and sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Feb. 26, at 9 a.m., at Saint Michael Parish, 21 Manning St., Hudson, followed by internment in Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson.
