George E. St. Hilaire Jr.Marlborough – George E. St. Hilaire Jr., 73, died unexpectedly at his home on March 8, 2021.  He was born in Marlborough, one of eight children of the late George E. Sr. and Lucille E. (Moisan) St. Hilaire, and lived in Marlborough all his life.

George worked in the kitchen at the ATT phone center in Marlborough and the Wayside Inn in Sudbury for many years.

He was a soft-spoken man but loved conversing with anyone he could. He was well known around Marlborough having made many friends in his life here.

George enjoyed roller skating and photography and donated many hours to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. His greatest love though was spending time with his family.

He is survived by two brothers, Gene St. Hilaire of Marlborough and Paul St. Hilaire of North Carolina, and was predeceased by one brother, Robert St. Hilaire. He is also survived by four sisters, Lucille Danzilio of New Hampshire, Linda St. Hilaire of Florida, Diane Candon of Florida, and Denise Gardner of Groveland, and many nieces and nephews that he loved very much.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 26, at 11 a.m., in the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St., Marlborough. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
