Marlborough – Alfred J. LeBlanc, 81, of Marlborough, died on March 10, 2021 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. He was the son of the late Yvon and Irene (Doucett) LeBlanc, and was predeceased by his wife, Yvonne M. (Hache) LeBlanc, who died in 2015.
A loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, Alfred always had a kind word for all he met.
Enjoying his retirement to the fullest, it afforded him the opportunity to travel in his RV, spend time in his workshop creating wood crafts and enjoyed being with his family. He lived an active life, loved his neighbors and his neighborhood and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda Ward and her husband Timothy of Worcester, Rachel Wardle and her husband Kory of Meridan, Idaho, and Annette LeBlanc-Donahue and her husband Joseph of Marlborough, his son, Donald LeBlanc and his wife Deborah of Paxton; and his grandchildren, Kevin Ward, Adam Wardle, Amy Wardle, Emily May, Aaron Donahue, Nicole Canzano, and Emma and Leah LeBlanc. Alfred is also survived by his brothers, Ronald LeBlanc and Ellery LeBlanc, and his sisters, Diana Dyer and Angela Verrette. He was predeceased by his siblings, Joseph LeBlanc, Francis LeBlanc, Doris Trahan, Eva Boucher, and Elsie Petley.
A memorial Mass for Alfred will be held at a later date. A private burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery.
