MRCC joins Rotary Club recycling event

Marlborough Mayor concerned with Phase two of vaccine rollout.MARLBOROUGH – The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Marlborough Rotary Club are gearing up for a major recycling event Saturday, May 8 and Saturday, June 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will take place at the Navin Rink in town, charging visitors $40 for a car/truckload of goods.

Since the fall of 2011, the Marlborough Rotary Club annually called on neighbors to recycle their unwanted computers, electronics, appliances and more.  The event is open to all communities and is focused on recycling household items rather than adding them to landfills.

This year, the MRCC is joining in the effort.
