MARLBOROUGH – The Marlborough-based Thrive Support & Advocacy just partnered with the FITCLUB Foundation out of Worcester to develop a fitness and wellness education curriculum for Thrive’s clientele.
Thrive works across Central Massachusetts to help youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead active and self-directed lives.
FITCLUB, meanwhile, will offer professional fitness classes with a social emotional health focus. There will also be fitness lessons and themed nutritional education taking place outside at Ghiloni Park in Marlborough.
