Jeanne M. BeauregardGrafton – Jeanne M. Beauregard, 96, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2021 at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center in Worcester. Her husband of 52 years, Raymond Beauregard, passed away in 2003.

Jeanne leaves her children, Paul Beauregard and his wife Doreen, Janice Mead and her husband Ray, Carol Pietal and her husband Henry, and Ronald Beauregard and his wife Victoria; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Richard, and her brothers, Leo, Aime, Alfred, Raymond, Hervey, and Armand Jolicoeur.

Jeanne was born July 23, 1924 in Worcester, daughter of the late Regina (Boudreau) and Herman Jolicoeur.

Her roots were in the city where she graduated from St. Stephen’s High School.

Throughout Jeanne’s life her greatest joys were her family and home. She met her husband Ray while working at St. Pierre Chain in Worcester, and he was the love of her life. After retirement, they looked forward to summer trips to Ogunquit, Maine, frequent family gatherings, and Sunday dinner at their home.

Jeanne was fond of working on crossword puzzles, word games, cooking and baking her favorite dishes. Saturday evening dinner and cards with her brother Armand and his wife Yvette were a regular occurrence.

All are welcome to gather with Jeanne’s family and friends on Tuesday, May 25, from 9-10:30 a.m., at Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., N. Grafton, followed by the celebration of her funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in North Grafton. She will then be laid to rest at Pine Grove Cemetery.
