Phyllis A. HarrisonWestborough – Phyllis A. Harrison, 96, of Westborough, passed away on May 23, 2021 at the Odd Fellows Home in Worcester. She was the wife of the late John M. Harrison.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Irving and Margaret (Asquith) Tatro. She was raised and educated in Westborough and was a graduate of Westborough High School. During WWII she served with the United States Navy.

Phyllis was employed as an office clerk at Bay State Abrasives prior to her retirement.

She attended the First United Methodist Church and enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the world.

Phyllis is survived by one son, A. Wayne Harrison and his wife Donna of Worcester; one daughter, Shelley A. Murray of Westborough; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Edward Tatro.

Her funeral service will be on Saturday, May 29, at 10 a.m., in the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Veteran’s Grove Section of Pine Grove Cemetery. A calling hour will be from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the service.
