Hudson – James “Jim” Daniel Coady, 78, of Hudson, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2021, at Signature Healthcare in Brockton after a period of declining health.
Jim was born on April 22, 1943 in Marlborough, a son of the late James J. and Mary (O’Keefe) Coady. He was raised in Hudson, where he graduated from Hudson High School in the class of 1962. After graduating he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Jim worked as a machine operator in several local factories through the years.
Jim is survived by his twin sister, Janet F. Chase and her husband Al of Marlborough; his sister, Abby Coady of Clinton; a brother, William Coady of Adams; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his siblings, Charles Coady, Rita Chase, Mary Sarristo, and Susan Fountaine.
Relatives and friends are invited to a period of visitation on Saturday, June 12, from 10-11 a.m., 2021 at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson, immediately followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home and a procession to Forest Vale Cemetery for interment.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warriors.
